"Pitiful service and absolutely no help from Nicole. They will look for any loophole to not cover what you need covered when it comes down to it. Ended up switching to Progressive and found out my renter’s incident would have been covered if I’d had them at the time. Not only that, but Progressive got me twice as many vehicles insured for half the price. (Edit in reply to Owner's comment) This was not about the truck. That just was an additional insult to injury that I was overpaying for car insurance. This was about the renter's insurance that was supposed to have the mailbox on the property covered under liability which your office refused to honor."
